Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping:

We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order:

You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We will share a tracking number with you to track your order through a shipping agency (Like Ups). We are not responsible if the order was delivered to your doorstep and you did not pick up your package or someone else picked up the package. The shipping agency delivers the package at the doorstep, not in the mail box.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luxyh.com with your order number and details of the return.

Note: Before you start using our products, please make a couple of videos for your own record and send us a photo before and after to challenge that our product is not working.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Your shipping charges will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards or sale items may not be eligible for return.
